Service

  • I offer services to meet different needs and budgets:

    Residential Cleaning:

    • A fully customizable service that offers top-to-bottom deep cleaning, and regular maintenance.

    Move In / Out Cleaning:

    • Designed to get uninhabited spaces looking their very best for the next occupants. A top-to-bottom deep cleaning that includes the inside of appliances, cabinets, and closets.

    Flash Clean:

    • A service offered at a 30% discount, with limited availability. Clients join a standby list. When I have a cancellation, I contact clients in order. Those who accept receive the cleaning and move to the bottom of the rotation.

  • While I do my best to tackle every mess, there are some things I can’t clean:

    • Heavy furniture and appliances: I don't move these to avoid floor damage, but I'll clean around them and reach underneath where possible.

    • Closed doors: I don’t open closets, drawers, or cabinets (unless it’s a move in/out service, or is explicitly requested)— to protect your privacy. If you wish for any of these areas to be cleaned, let me know ahead of time and we’ll discuss the specifics.

    • Set-in stains: Deeply embedded grout grime or permanent stains on fabric may be beyond what cleaning products can fix. If I encounter a stain that won’t budge, I’ll let you know, discuss next steps, and even recommend specialists.

    • Hazards: I won't clean spaces with drug paraphernalia, unstable structural elements, aggressive pets, or threatening behavior

    • Indoor smoking: To protect my health and prevent the transfer of residue and odours between homes, I reserve the right to refuse service to homes where smoking of any kind occurs indoors.

  • No, I bring all the products I need to perform the service. If you have a specific product you’d like me to use, just let me know and I’ll be happy to accommodate, if possible. Many clients prefer me to use their vacuum to prevent any allergens from being transferred between homes, but I always have one with me that I clean and sanitize between appointments.

  • Absolutely! I only use biodegradable, non-polluting products that are safe for all living creatures and made from all natural ingredients. You can learn all about the products I use here.

  • Yes, I'm happy to accommodate product preferences (as long as they are biodegradable and non-toxic) or avoid specific ingredients. Just let me know when booking.

  • Yes, I offer both one-time and recurring services. While recurring cleanings are ideal for maintaining a consistently clean home, I also provide one-time cleanings for special occasions, moves, or if you just want to try out my service.

  • Just let me know. Your cleaning plan is fully customizable and can be adjusted anytime.

  • Sustainable:

    • From biodegradable products that are completely safe for use around children and pets to cloths and scrubbers made from natural fibres that won’t leech microplastics into our waterways, every decision I make in this company is made with sustainability in mind.

    Transparent:

    • I offer per-minute billing using detailed checklists that show you exactly what was cleaned and how much time was spent cleaning. Any deductions (breaks, business calls, etc.) are clearly marked and subtracted from the time being invoiced.

    Professional:

    • I don’t clean as a hobby or as a side-hustle. I’m fully invested, fully insured and bring the same level of professionalism that you would expect from an established cleaning service—from professional estimates to invoices, and everything in between.

    Local:

    • I prioritize Canadian-made products whenever possible, reducing my carbon footprint and supporting local businesses.

  • Yes, I carry $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability coverage to protect your property against any damage, accidents, or third-party injuries that may occur during the service.

  • As an independent cleaner, I'm personally invested in every job. I follow detailed, personalized checklists for each home and share them with you after every visit. If anything ever doesn't meet your expectations, I'll make it right promptly at no extra cost.

  • I recommend booking at least a week in advance. But if you have an urgent cleaning need, reach out and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

  • It’s totally up to you. Some clients prefer to be home, while others leave me instructions on how to enter.

  • Most clients provide a key, lockbox code, or door/alarm code. We can discuss the best option for your situation during booking.

  • My regular business hours are Monday — Saturday: 8AM — 5PM

    I am closed for statutory holidays.

  • Life happens! I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations or reschedules (with less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a $75 fee, since that time has been reserved exclusively for you.

    To be fair, I hold myself to the same standard: if I need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you'll receive a $75 credit toward your next service. Your time is just as valuable as mine.

    True emergencies (medical situations, family crises, etc.) are always handled with understanding and flexibility.

  • Simply fill out my online estimate form and indicate you’re interested in recurring service when prompted.

Scheduling & availability

Pricing & payments

  • I charge $50 per hour, billed per minute of actual cleaning time. This means you only pay for the exact time spent cleaning your home—no rounding up to the nearest hour. For example, if your cleaning takes 3 hours and 15 minutes, you pay for 195 minutes ($162.50), not 4 rounded hours ($200).

    Exact cleaning costs are influenced by a variety of factors, including; the size and condition of the home, and the specific cleaning tasks to be performed. Since every home is different, I provide free personalized estimates for all of my clients.

    Services start at $150.

  • No, the price I quote is what you'll pay. If extra charges ever need to be added, I’ll always discuss them with you first.

    • All major credit and debit cards

    • Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe

    • Installments: Klarna, Afterpay

  • Yes, I offer a 15% discount for the first 3 months of recurring cleaning services.

    In addition, I also have a referral program that allows you to earn a $50 credit towards future cleans by referring a friend. There is no limit on how much you can earn. The more friends you send my way, the more you save. Here’s some more info about the referral program.

    I also offer a short-notice wallet-friendly Flash Clean program for even more ways to save.

  • I'm committed to sustainability and ethics in several ways:

    • Using only eco-friendly, biodegradable products made from natural ingredients

    • Prioritizing natural fibre cloths and scrubbers that don't release microplastics

    • Sourcing Canadian-made products whenever possible

    • Serving my local community to reduce driving and carbon emissions

  • I prioritize sustainability by using refillable bottles, reusable natural fibre cloths and brushes, and compostable scrubbers. I also buy in bulk and choose zero-waste packaging whenever possible.

Client concerns & policies

  • Your satisfaction means everything to me. If you’re not completely happy with your cleaning, just let me know within 24 hours (or as soon as reasonably possible) and I’ll return to make it right — at no additional cost.

  • Just a quick tidy-up (e.g., putting away dishes/personal items) helps me focus on the actual cleaning rather than organizing.

  • Yes, I love pets and use only pet-safe, non-toxic cleaning products. Just let me know if your furry friends have any special needs.

  • I take great care with every home I clean, but in the rare event that something is accidentally damaged, I’m fully insured against accidental breakages and will address the issue promptly and fairly.
