Finding a cleaner you can rely on shouldn't be complicated.
You deserve to know exactly who's entering your home, what products they're using, and what results to expect.
That's why I built EcoEthical Cleaning around three simple principles:
Consistency
Sustainability
Transparency
A little about me
I was born in Toronto and still call it home. Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked in roles where attention to detail and quality mattered. Along the way, I’ve seen how cutting corners often comes at the expense of people and the environment.
I’ve made a decision to dedicate the rest of my career to ethical practices I can be proud of. EcoEthical Cleaning is the result of that commitment.
Having overseen the installation of multi-million dollar features in prominent office buildings across our city, I bring an understanding and respect for protective surface finishings to residential cleaning that is second-to-none. I’m well versed in surface care and am continuously educating myself on the latest products and compounds hitting the market.
I’m also a bit of a chemistry nerd, and I enjoy understanding not just what products work on a surface—but why.
The values that guide me
EcoEthical Cleaning was built around three core values that guide everything I do:
Care for the planet:
A clean home should never come at nature’s expense.
Every product I use is:
Biodegradable
Free from synthetic dyes and fragrances
Safe for children, pets, and plants
I’m committed to preventing microplastics from entering our water system. That’s why I use cloths, brushes, and scrubbers made from natural, compostable fibres.
Act with integrity:
Be the change you want to see.
Integrity means doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Here’s how that shows up in my work:
Clear commitments from day one: Your personalized cleaning plan outlines exactly what will be done during each visit, so there are no surprises about what will be cleaned or how your time will be used.
Transparent, per-minute billing: You’re only billed for active cleaning time. Breaks, calls, or pauses in service are never included in your invoice.
Accountability for service interruptions: If I ever need to cancel or reschedule without proper notice, I’ll apply a credit to your invoice.
I’m upfront about pricing, honest about timing, and accountable for my work. My commitment to sustainability and quality isn’t just part of my business—it’s the foundation of it.

Care for our community:
Supporting local benefits us all.

I prioritize products that are made in Canada—and serve neighbourhoods close to where I live. This approach benefits you through:
Lower prices and a reduced environmental footprint—since I don’t need to drive far (or at all).
More punctual arrival times than my competitors—who often drive long distances and are frequently stuck in traffic (it is Toronto, after all).
Dollars that stay in Canada—strengthening our local businesses and community.
