Program overview

The EcoEthical Cleaning Referral Program (the “Program”) allows participants (“Referrers”) to earn credits toward future cleaning services by referring new clients (“Referred Clients”) who purchase at least one (1) paid service from EcoEthical Cleaning.

Eligibility

• Referrers must be existing customers of EcoEthical Cleaning in good standing (no outstanding balances or disputes).

• Self-referrals (e.g., referring yourself under a different name/account) are prohibited and will void all credits.

Referral requirements

• A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a unique, new client who:

  • Was directly referred by the Referrer.

  • Has never previously purchased services from EcoEthical Cleaning.

  • Completes at least one (1) paid service (excludes canceled or refunded services).

• Referrers cannot earn credits for:

  • Fake, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals (determined at EcoEthical Cleaning’s sole discretion).

  • Referred Clients who do not pay for services in full.

Credit structure

• For every Qualified Referral, the Referrer will receive a $50 credit applicable to future cleaning services.

• Credits:

  • Apply to any cleaning service (Signature, Eco Move, Flash Clean)

  • Can be used in full or partial amounts

  • Are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted

  • Never expire as long as you remain an active customer

Tracking & redemption

• To ensure you receive credit, please ask referred friends to mention your full name (first and last) when they book their service. I'll track all referrals and apply credits once qualified referrals are verified.

• Want to know how many referrals you've earned? Just email or text me anytime and I'll send you an update on your current referral count.

• I'll also notify you when you’ve earned a referral credit, with the total credit you have available.

• If you believe a referral wasn't properly credited, contact me within 30 days of their service and I'll investigate.

Program changes or termination

• I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active participants via email.

• I may disqualify participants for abuse such as spam, fraud, or misrepresentation.

Limitation of liability

EcoEthical Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Technical errors in tracking referrals.

• Misuse of referral links by third parties.

Tax considerations

Referral credits may be considered taxable income under Canadian tax law. I recommend consulting a tax professional if you have questions about reporting requirements. EcoEthical Cleaning does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax implications of earned credits.

General terms

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• Governing Law: Ontario provincial law governs this Program.
