How it works:

Complete the online estimate form and indicate your interest in the Flash Clean Program (it’s free to join).

  1. You’ll be added to the Flash Clean list.

  2. When a cancellation occurs, I’ll contact clients on the list in order:

  • If you accept, you’ll receive the discounted cleaning and move to the end of the rotation.

  • If you decline, you’ll stay at the top of the rotation and the next person will be contacted.

This rotation ensures fair and equal access to discounted cleaning opportunities.

Flash Clean priorities

Because Flash Cleans are limited to the length of the canceled time slot, they focus on delivering the most essential cleaning tasks first. These tasks are chosen based on what my clients value most.

  • Cleaning of bathroom surfaces exposed to dirt and germs:

  • Cleaning of the following surfaces exposed to kitchen splashes and spills:

You will be given both the cleaning time available and an estimate of the time needed to complete these essential tasks each time a Flash Clean service opportunity becomes available—allowing you to make an informed decision.

    1. I will first look at your cleaning plan to determine which items are most important to you, and clean those first.

    2. With the remaining time, I will determine which areas are the most in need of deep cleaning and complete them in order.

These additional tasks are completed only after all Top Priorities are finished—and are all time-permitting.

Common questions

  • Typically between 2-24 hours. I'll contact you as soon as a slot becomes available.

  • Yes. You can indicate the times that don’t work for you on your estimate form and you’ll only be offered time slots that fit your schedule.

  • No problem. You’ll stay at the top of the rotation for the next opening.

  • You can decline the slot and stay at the top of the rotation for the next opening. I'll always let you know the estimated time needed to complete the top priority tasks when I contact you.
